The Conference Center at 1251 offers a thoughtfully designed environment for meetings, trainings, presentations, and corporate events. Located on Sixth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, the space is built to support everything from private executive sessions to larger group gatherings with ease.

Yes. We partner with two onsite catering providers, Le Cafe Coffee and Duke Eatery, offering breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages for meetings and events.

Outside catering is also permitted at no additional fee. Depending on the size and scope of your order, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required.

No. All conference rooms include standard AV capabilities, including:

  • Videoconferencing
  • Audio and video support
  • High-speed Wi-Fi
  • TVs and presentation screens

We are a bring-your-own-device facility, so please bring a laptop if you plan to present content.

Additional accessories, including microphones, slide advancers, and a podium, are available at no extra cost.

Please note that for advanced production, we recommend working with an external AV provider.

Yes. Events outside our standard operating hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM may be accommodated.

Additional after-hours, HVAC, security, or staffing fees may apply. At this time, weekend reservations are not available.

Reservations may be made as far in advance as availability allows.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 11+ business days before your event for a full refund.
  • Individual bookings of Nemu, Hasu, Fuji, or Tsubaki cancelled 4–10 business days before the event receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 4 business days of the event are subject to the full reservation charge.

Please note that third-party costs, including catering, AV support, and equipment rentals, may not be refundable.
