The Annex Studio can transition between board meetings, presentations, trainings, receptions, and larger company gatherings. It's flexible layout allows the room to support different formats without losing the sense of a cohesive, intentional environment.
 
Located at 3 Bryant Park, the studio combines a central Midtown setting with integrated technology and the amenities needed to make hosting straightforward. Whether the agenda calls for a focused working session or a larger event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Find quick answers about capacities, room layouts, amenities, AV, hospitality, and booking your meeting or event at The Annex Studio.

 No on-site caterers, however, we utilize two catering providers who offer a full range of services including server and bar set up.

Outside catering is also permitted at no additional fee. Depending on the size and scope of your order, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required.

 

 No. All conference rooms include standard AV capabilities, including:

Videoconferencing

Audio and video support

High-speed Wi-Fi

TVs and presentation screens

We are a bring-your-own-device facility, so please bring a laptop if you plan to present content.

Additional accessories, including microphones, slide advancers, and a podium, are available at no extra cost.

Please note that for advanced production, we recommend working with an external AV provider.

 

Yes. Events outside our standard operating hours of Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM may be accommodated.

These events can be scheduled and managed through our catering partner Resident.
All inquiries, regardless of date or time should go through annexstudio3BP@hines.com first for validation.

Additional after-hours, HVAC, security, or staffing fees may apply.

Reservations may be made as far in advance as availability allows.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Cancel 10+ business days before your event for a full refund.
    Cancellations made within 10 business days of the event are subject to the full reservation charge.     

Please note that third-party costs, including catering, AV support, and equipment rentals, may not be refundable.
